After a few months i bought, the sales guy offered extra RM40k if i intend to sell my units, bear in your mind that the completion in only next year. Today i just met property agent and willing to offer extra RM90k from the purchase price coz its corner unit. The purpose that i bought is for own stay but now i feel its good for investment too....
