I saw there are few add for sub-sale at adda heights esc maple red. they hike the price more than RM100k for one unit. I even called one of the seller and it seems he bought two units over there and intend to sell both units by marking up more than RM100k. I believe these people spoil the market and worried low occupancy units at our side :(!</description>

It’s nice to hear from you. Which side u bought coz my unit is facing the semi-D. The semi-D is also not bad, anyway. i saw an advert in i-property which is showing that the cluster (corner unit) is selling at RM538K. The price has increased tremendously i.e. more than RM100k+++. My only concern right now is worrying that most of the buyers over there bought for investment purpose, not for occupying! Then the neighbourhood will turn up bad and ugly. 

Most probably we will get our key by 2nd quarter of 2010.</description>

I am looking to buy a unit there but prices have risen above RM 500k now compared to developer selling price 3-4 years ago of RM 310K. Similar cluster houses in adda heights, setia indah (new launching at RM 635k) are all very expensive too .
I am worried that once i buy and if property prices tumble, market value of austin heights house will go down as well since there is a big gap between current selling price and developer selling price. Hope you can advise and share your opinion.

Nice to hear from you and i&#039;m glad to hear that we gonna be a n&#039;bour. Which unit you have bought and facing which side? The houses are almost completed up to 70%-80%. We might get the keys by June 2011. In fact i bought that unit for my own stay and have no idea to sell coz we can&#039;t get another unit with that pricing. My unit is facing the Semi-Ds. The only worry is the oil palm trees right at the back of the Semi-Ds which are belongs to Dato Onn. I&#039;m wondering what Dato Onn intends to do over there. Hopefully not sewerage tank etc.  

In between Adda gonna launch new project by end of this year or beginning of next year right next to Maple Red. The price starts from RM650k. I believe our $ in Maple units are really worthfull.
