SO this has been launched already ? How is the take up rate so far ? That time I remembered the est price was > $200,000....or I remembered wrongly. 1 thing i Like was the proximity to the shopping facilities and proposed IKEA. Didnt know that the gym and swimming pool have to pay separately ? how much would it cost ? To pay close to $150 per month for 1 carpark lot and lift access is too expensive. hi,
