Hi guys,
just found out something quite unprofessional about the state of real estate agents in JB… especially this group of agents located at city plaza… wont mention their company name but they had the guts to ask me for a 1% commission if i managed to successfully bid on the property.

such a nerve… the get commission on both sides from bank and buyer. very unprofessional.. just need to highlight to fellow buyers, better be careful of these cheats. i’m not out to do in anybody’s business but… all of us should be better informed.. such practices are really under handed. Lets just call the principal of the firm.. ” Mr. H ”

correct me if i’m wrong but all banks pay commission to agents right?
