We are looking to invest in a 720 sq ft apartment in Duta Impian (Embassy Suites) in JB. Price there is about RM200k ~ RM250K. Strata title is already issued. Maintenance is RM150/pm. Would you consider this aaprtment to be a good investment. I read on a some forums that there is no way for JB apartments to appreciate in price. Price always falls after launch. Is that true? Maybe we should invest in landed house? But rents for landed house seem very low. Thanks for your advice.</description>
