Hello everyone,

Got a couple of quick questions hoped you guys can help me with:
1. I intend to sell my property in JB at Bukit Indah, how do I check that the property price has appreciated since I bought it 5 years ago? Do I check with Developer, is there any Dept I can call or website I can refer to? Is it ok to sell now or wait until both Tesco and Giant up and running early next year?

2. The new service apt sales at Danga Bay (Oakwood Svcs Residence) is to be launched soon. I was told this will appreciate the current Danga Bay View apt price in 3 years time. Is this a good time to buy the resale unit at Danga Bay view, rent it out and sell it later? What do you guys think?
